Description:
This 18 liter "Super Pack" has both a crushed grape pack and whole, sun-dried grapes; in all, 14 pounds of virgin, vinifera, varietal grapes are used. Full-bodied, deep garnet color and richly dry. When young, tannins are firm and there is a slight bitterness to the wine which is balanced by the flavors of fruit and oak. Look for plum, sour cherry, raspberry and vanilla. With age, the tannins soften and notes of anise, bitter chocolate, coffee, tobacco, leather and fig develop. May be cellared for 2 years or more.
